Each piece of millinery is handmade and meticulously inspected upon leaving our studio.Once your millinery is received there will be no refunds or credits issued for change of mind. So please choose carefully. Ask us any questions if unsure of style or colour. Please note if a hat or headpiece is damaged in transit we will not be held responsible. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your millinery if an item is faulty.
